1. Services Provided
Alpharetta Mover offers residential, commercial, local, long-distance, and international moving services, along with packing, unpacking, storage, and transportation of goods. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided are based on the information given by the customer and may be subject to change based on actual services rendered. We reserve the right to revise any quote if the scope of the move changes.
3. Booking & Cancellations
To confirm a move, customers must book in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if the move is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring all items are properly labeled and packed unless packing services are requested.
Informing us of any large, fragile, or high-value items before the move.
Ensuring access to both pickup and drop-off locations.
5. Delays & Liability
While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather, or third-party issues) may cause delays. Alpharetta Mover is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by such delays.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in handling your belongings. However, any claim for damaged or lost items must be made in writing within 72 hours of service completion. Limited liability applies unless a separate valuation agreement is in place.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, and verified digital payments.
8. Use of Website
